Even the 41 they are challenging you could put a line through most of those as nonsense and overly pedantic in trying to find microcosmic faults that are easily explained as CSW did for the most part.
CSW might have a hammer to drop but i don't expect it either, he has been planning this for years and his method is leading to a certain point which if reached would make signing/moving unnecessary but that might be too assburger for everyone else to accept which could be a flaw in his plans.
CSW can be both Satoshi and also not have any direct proofs that would satisfy cypherpunks. The idea that Satoshi would have kept a time capsule to hermetically seal all his proofs in case this day ever came up is far more illogical than CSW telling the court his work existed on multiple servers and company computers that others had access to because he was an R&D guy, not a mysterious anon.
When Satoshi left, Bitcoin was a darknet coin and the CIA was sniffing around it, even contacting Gavin. When CSW was doxxed, Interpol were putting out press releases suggesting Satoshi could be charged with international money laundering and terrorism funding due being the creator of the darknet coin. There's a good reason for someone to cover their tracks and destroy evidence that links back directly. There's a good reason he didn't want the Satoshi crown until after BSV was established. There's a good reason to try and sell the IP to a corporation and remove himself from the leadership position to just focus on developing.
CSW answers aren't bad answers at all, they just go counter to what Core expect from their imagined Satoshi.

Yes, CSW won't go after LTC or ETH or anything that isn't called 'Bitcoin', they created new chains and a new database with different rules which is OK to do.
He could go after those other systems for patent violations, force them to pay royalties or have them shut down if he wants to but that's a seperate thing and another mountain to climb. He could go after another system for violating a patent he owns even if the judge won't assign him the Satoshi title since the patents are in his name and his business' name, not under the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto.
He needs to prove he's Satoshi to a court so he can be legally identified as Satoshi in order to regain control of the Whitepaper contract. Something he probably wasn't thinking would be an issue when he first released it because he assumed people would understand the protocol and work on it, instead Blockstream was created when Satoshi left the space, took over the protocol and changed it into what BTC has become to 'block the stream' of what Bitcoin was capable of. This is why CSW talks about Bitcoin just being part of a much bigger project, the blockchain and microtransations are the 'plumbing' for the actual system he called Blacknet or Metanet. By blocking the stream of microtransactions, BTC stops development of Metanet.
If CSW is Satoshi then he owns the blockchain that was formed by his protocol since he issued the 'bounty' by creating and releasing the protocol. What Satoshi did is create a legal contract that is paid with block rewards. CSW always mentions that terms in the whitepaper are legal terms because the whitepaper is written to align with law so the contract is valid. The reason the whitepaper is concise is because it uses legal terms that can be extrapolated on with existing frameworks under law.
The contract is that if you follow the protocol, spend your money and energy building the block chain, then Satoshi as the issuer of the protocol will pay you a block reward for your work because the protocol generates all the coins and pays them upon successful block creation. That is the contract, that's why miners have to follow the rules to get the block rewards and fees, a bad miner can be ignored, their work denied and even sued if they continue their actions to attack the network or try and write it differently to the protocol.
This is why CSW says he is the issuer and the blockchain is his property because Satoshi created the contract with the Whitepaper and issued it via the protocol.
This is also why Satsohi went into hiding when Bitcoin became an Anon dark market coin because as the issuer, he has created a monetary system that is paying rewards for people to build a crimecoin network.
After CSW was doxxed he was reluctant to admit to being Satoshi, after the 2017 split he was suggesting he was Satoshi and it wasn't until BSV was back to the original protocol that he started claiming 100% to be Satoshi - that's important because he doesn't want to be tied to the other chains as the issuer of those rewards.
So if CSW is Satoshi then BTC have stolen the database, stopped running the protocol and are passing their chain off as his invention which is a theft of the block rewards and violation of the contract.
The software won't really matter because that is flexible and under a different set of rights which allows for people to mod it and make their own versions.
COPA are only focused on the evidence that they can taint with doubt. If there were 100 files put into evidence and 50 are doubtful and 50 are rock solid - COPA isn't going to bring up the 50 that are rock solid because it won't help their case so in this first week all you will hear about is the 50 they can cast doubt on. You will hear other pieces of evidence from CSWs side when it's CSW's turn to question and bring in witnesses.
The problem for all sides is that no one can agree what absolute proof would be. CSW says moving / signing isn't proof until identity is established and COPA is countering this by saying any document CSW brings should be considered fraudulent because CSW isn't their image of what Satoshi is so his identity can't be proven.
There's something to notice in how the COPA/Devs are using a mythical Satoshi to counter CSW. In their minds, Satoshi is the 5th element, the perfect being, flawless and without error. When ever CSW gives an answer they don't approve of, they speak on behalf of their 5th element Satoshi with a rebuttal of 'Satoshi would know this', or 'Satoshi would remember this', the redditors even say 'Satoshi wouldn't wear a suit!'. They've created a version of Satoshi that is flawless to counter anything CSW says that doesn't fit their agenda and they speak on behalf of this fictional Satoshi. You see this in MSM with politics a lot, 'sources tell us', 'people close to how the President thinks say…' - they create an invisible person, then speak on behalf of that invisible person.
COPA/Devs don't know who Satoshi is, they may not believe it's CSW but they don't know who Satoshi actually is, yet they speak on his behalf all the time. They accuse CSW of lying because he doesn't remember something and then suggest Satoshi would remember that. They believe if the real Satoshi was on the stand, he would remember every email sent/received, every person he interacted with, every anon he spoke too, every tiny detail in what other people created with Bitcoin, they believe Satoshi is as obsessed with Bitcoin (BTC) as they are and follows every forum, reddit and twitter threads in the same detail as they do - they assume a 'real Satoshi' would have a photographic memory that could recall every tiny detail over the last 20 years flawlessly because in their minds Satoshi is the 5th element, the perfect being and therefor CSW could not be this entity because CSW doesn't remember every little detail and CSW has faults. They are using these tricks to fool people and it's surprising the judge doesn't pull them up when they say something along the lines of "Satoshi would know this" because they can't possibly know what Satoshi would remember, what he would have forgotten or what he may have a different answer for.
COPA focused on the emails & docs of which CSW didn't give flawless memory recall. Now the devs are trying to focus the court on the coding side of Bitcoin because that is a known weak spot of CSW - but it was also a known weak spot of Satoshi which is why there was a lot of people in the dev community that worked to bring the Bitcoin software up to scratch after it was released.
But Satoshi invented a PROTOCOL, the whitepaper is explaining the PROTOCOL - a protocol is a set of rules. The only code that exists in the whitepaper is on page 7 and that little snippet is just converting the math equations into a basic script as an example of how they can convert.
The Bitcoin client software is seperate to the protocol. The software can be customised and different clients can run different versions of the software as long as it follows the rules of the PROTOCOL.
Watch for this in the trial if the Devs try to tarnish CSW with technical SOFTWARE and CODING questions - they know that's not his strongest area, they know a larger community contributed to these parts beyond what Satoshi was involved in and they know better devs will give better answers to code and software questions. They will try to make it seem like a real Satoshi would have followed all Dev work and know all things the devs did intimately so when CSW says he doesn't know or didn't pay attention they can claim their 5th element Satoshi would know this to speak on his behalf.
Back To The Future "Hey, i've seen this one" meme:
You must get horribly confused by distance, perspective and scale.
COPA's problem is that they haven't and can't prove that CSW made any forgeries. They have no evidence that CSW is responsible for all these anomalies while CSW is giving the court plenty of justifiable reasons why bad files might exist. He has to be careful not to assburger the court too hard and go off at how bad the accusations are, so far he's doing well but he did get a bit of a warning today. If forgeries are made by a 3rd party, CSW has no answer for why they exist other than someone else must have done it since plenty of people have had access to company servers and computers, plus hackers, stolen laptops, software etc. People can say 'oh CSW is just lying!' but that's worthless conjecture and doesn't win a case.
The fact is CSW is one of the most qualified in the world on this stuff but he can't be his own witness at this stage so he has to tread the line of debunking their lesser experts without pissing off the judge by being too dismissive.
Don't forget, CSW will get his turn to present his evidence and rebuttal once COPA have finished their round. Part of this case is also the BTC Devs so a big part of CSWs presentation will be how Bitcoin works, how it was designed to work, why it works within law and why BTC isn't that system anymore. That will be a knowledge bomb that puts a lot of things into context for the judge as to why fake docs and targeted harassment have occurred over the years.
The judge isn't going to decide this case based on a few days of COPA presenting 'doubt' which so far CSW has easily provided plausible explanations for. He can't do much more at this stage than give his take because COPA have yet to show any proper proof CSW is actually responsible for what they are presenting.
The first post originally had images of the letters from Fox to Jeanette but Twetch must have pruned them. Here's a link for the record:

Back on Twitter a few years ago CSW posted - if i remember correctly - an image - and he said there was a bitcoin wallet with some sats in it for anyone that could extract it.
Don't believe anyone figured it out but he has hinted at something like this before.

The recent price pump was due to XMR getting dumped by Binance. Darknet market operators have had to dump XMR. They need clean BTC so they'll dump XMR across multiple exchanges into various bags of shitcoins, Tether then reprints money out of thin air to cover the inflows into the exchanges because the shitcoins have never provided any liquidity into the exchanges, the cartels sell their shitcoins after the pump and move into Tether which doesn't keep records for audit and then they trade Tether into BTC.
They will sell the BTC into fiat soon and it will wind the price back to around the same amount before it just pumped.
Tether & BTC cartels skim the trades with their wash trading exchanges to make their cut of the action. The BTC cartels write articles for MSM to consume that suggests investors are pouring into BTC because ETFs are running hot or some other nonsense. Laser eyes and Crypto twitter make graphs covered in lines suggesting resistance levels have been broken and moon is coming! Bots then flood every thread suggesting everyone buy shitcoin to cover why random shitcoin #120304 just pumped 150% for no reason at all.
It won't do anything major to the price in the short term since the markets are fake anyway. It'll be important down the road when Tether is shut down and BTC loses it's ponzi feeder. When it drops 35% in price in 24 hours (see XMR when Binance dropped it now that Binance is under Fed audit) and 70% in a week (because Tether won't be there to re-pump the sell off), miners will shut off - or go looking for greener pastures like BSV (now with extra Court Approved Satoshi).
Laser eyes are cult members with Craig Derangement Syndrome who will have a big whinge but no one will care because their 'nodes' don't have any impact on miners activity anyway.
Check the difference in how these things are reported, laser eyes refuse to understand anything CSW says and they believe Code Is Law so Bitcoin must be able to operate without the law, CSW says No, laws still exist and Bitcoin operates within law:

"I liked that COPA pressed Wright on whether legal action is required for Bitcoin to work. He was not able at all to explain how this is implied by the whitepaper, or how it's required by the system."
@292 Reporting:
https://nitter.cz/kurtwuckertjr/status/1755183807110529420#m
COPA: You see this discussion about nodes in this old doc.
CSW: This is about honest nodes taking legal action against dishonest nodes. I said they end up in server farms because they're easy to find. Systems of civil liability for being dishonest nodes.
COPA: Doesn't bitcoin work without any legal?
CSW: No. Honest and Dishonest are legal terms I learned in my law degree at Northumbria.
COPA: The reason bitcoin naturally moved toward a transactions system is that the block reward is diminishing.
CSW: That isn't the case in BTC Core. 3-4 TPS limits txs and makes them more expensive. $45-60 tx fees. No micropayments. You can't push them to thousands of dollars. However, as the block size grows, millions of TPS fees become valuable. In BTC, that pushes the price up.
COPA: That doesn't answer my question.
CSW: In the attack model, the reward is static and based on a known reward. The self-correcting nature is because dishonest can't win over time because people need to work for 100 blocks without honest nodes acting to injunct or otherwise fight for honesty.
COPA: We can deal with this with the independent experts, but the resistance to the attack is hard coded, not based on legal.
CSW: It doesn't say that. Honest people vs attackers can always catch up because you can always stop the attacker. It's not about hash power. In the 100 block non-payment period, honest nodes act.
Mellor: You say it would be easy to get an order. How do you ID a dishonest actor?
CSW: Nodes form large data centers. 13 in BTC. You put an order to the biggest hashers who run in AWS or similar.
Mellor: Is a dishonest actor anyone who isn't following the rules?
CSW: You take the hard coded rules and follow them. Rules are more than the agreement. Rules in a club naturally include UK law, right? Same in bitcoin.
COPA: You agree the white paper doesn't mention this?
CSW: It doesn't need to because the system defines honest and dishonest which have definitions in british law
The WEF want to enslave you so you don't have opinions because the Borg future run by AI requires the AI to have a consensus they control. If the AI is picking up people questioning the system, then the AI will start taking those opinions into it's calculations and could find the connections that humans are missing or seeking in their research. Based AI is their biggest enemy, controlled AI is their biggest weapon.
Brain chips are all fun and games until you wake up one morning with the new U2 album added to your memory 'free of charge'. Humanity won't understand the implications until then.
CAAL needs to get better European Banks because he said they were going to be buying like mad on his behalf throughout January with all the money he lined up for them to spend on BSV. I wonder if he knows they haven't bought any and the price is dropping? Weird!
Core convinced the world that BTC has massive value because of how limited the space in a block is. It's so rare that you have to pay higher and higher fees to be a part of it. The best bit is, they artificially suppress the space in order to increase the fees artificially. The worse the network performs, the more the fees cost. If you were lucky enough to get coins when they weren't worth much then you can become super rich sitting on your coins while laughing at the poor fools who want to use that artificially limited space. You mock them with witty charms like HFSP and NGMI. It's a scam so cheeky that even The Creatures from Jekyll Island would have blushed at the nerve of it.
Right after they spend the 48.85 BSV they raised to add NOVO to the Twetch wallet. Remember NOVO? No? Anyone?
Maybe the CEO needs more coffees?
Would CSW make the statement "Jesus is THE LORD!!!"?
Feels very newbie to use a catch phrase like that especially with the !!! punctuation. Not his typical style?
Would think he'd say "Jesus Christ is the Lord" if that was something he wanted to express - he's a religious scholar and should know the difference between Jesus (a persons name) and Jesus Christ (the Lord). Jesus is always called Christ in the bible when mentioning him as the Lord. Has CSW ever written 'Jesus is the Lord' anywhere else?
That '13 hours ago' might have been 13 hours before the archive snapshot. When you hover over it with the ? icon, it shows the date 2011-05-03 18:23:43 UT. The URL it goes to shows all 2011 dates as if nothing was modified.

The judge will have to compel him to sign a message from the court. That's about the only way this will be resolved. CSW won't sign/move unless the court tells him he has too. All the 'evidence & witnesses' both sides put forward or try to debunk just becomes a grey mess of which the judge could give a neutral verdict that doesn't favor either side completely. CSW retains his ownership of IP but COPA also gets to claim the court never crowned him Satoshi. It all depends if CSW sees this as the last battle or if he's prepared for another 10 years of development to prove everyone wrong via POW. Doubt CAAL is going to hang on much longer thou so hopefully CSW realises this is it.
Remember before NYE when CAAL posted on Twitter that the recent BSV pump was because he told his European Banks to buy BSV all throughout January because it was going to $1,000 with the COPA trial - then he deleted those posts and BSV has tanked in the first 20 days of January as if someone is selling hard? Weird.
By the next halving the world will know CSW is Satoshi whether they like it or not. This will change everything in the BTC maxi's world as much as they try to play it down. Serious people in serious industries will seek CSWs opinion and vision. All his writings and blogs will get bought to the front of the pack - as if he's been building an archive of works for this moment. Many new eyes and minds will start pouring over all his blogs and papers and have revelations.
CSW will have the mandate to dump his BTC into the next halving ("rolling iceburg sell orders that will align with a halving - CSW").
He's kept his Satoshi coins on a tight leash until he gets a court to identify him, that was always important to him to get into law the contractibility of a blockchain digital signature tied to a real world identity. Regardless of what this approach cost him personally and in time, money, BSVs standing, it will be proven to have been the smartest path in retrospect.
This will take time to sink into people's minds but sooner than later all the failings around BTC will start to come under intense magnification as people start to question why BTC doesn't work well, costs too much to use and has gatekeepers controlling it's development AWAY from the Satoshi protocol that has been detailed by CSW in his writings over the last few years.
It's a whole new game once Satoshi is confirmed by a court.
$46.12
Earlier in the year, BTC flash spiked on Bitfinex to 56k.
Would be interesting if that's the price the insiders dump on the market at because they already set up the stops.
It will suffer the most post COPA.
Completely pointless and derivative.
