Even the 41 they are challenging you could put a line through most of those as nonsense and overly pedantic in trying to find microcosmic faults that are easily explained as CSW did for the most part.
CSW might have a hammer to drop but i don't expect it either, he has been planning this for years and his method is leading to a certain point which if reached would make signing/moving unnecessary but that might be too assburger for everyone else to accept which could be a flaw in his plans.
CSW can be both Satoshi and also not have any direct proofs that would satisfy cypherpunks. The idea that Satoshi would have kept a time capsule to hermetically seal all his proofs in case this day ever came up is far more illogical than CSW telling the court his work existed on multiple servers and company computers that others had access to because he was an R&D guy, not a mysterious anon.
When Satoshi left, Bitcoin was a darknet coin and the CIA was sniffing around it, even contacting Gavin. When CSW was doxxed, Interpol were putting out press releases suggesting Satoshi could be charged with international money laundering and terrorism funding due being the creator of the darknet coin. There's a good reason for someone to cover their tracks and destroy evidence that links back directly. There's a good reason he didn't want the Satoshi crown until after BSV was established. There's a good reason to try and sell the IP to a corporation and remove himself from the leadership position to just focus on developing.
CSW answers aren't bad answers at all, they just go counter to what Core expect from their imagined Satoshi.
