“Poor people never, or hardly ever, ask for an explanation of all they have to put up with. They hate one another, and content themselves with that.”
― Louis-Ferdinand Céline, Voyage au bout de la nuit

Agnes lives in Paris known for her pastel portraits, we had the opportunity to work with her. She made self portraits documenting her feeling on stamps, all painted in oil on canvas.

It's natural to care about how others see us more than how we see ourselves because that's how we can grow up. Trusting yourself can be accessed through presence (deep breathing) as limitating thoughts disappear and you are just left with pure existence

my favorite song from Interpol "A time to be so small" x the movie Control (2007) about Ian Curtis and the band Joy Division. This YouTube channel has a lot of great movies mixed with songs that fit perfectly. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NBbL7O6aJtc
