The gif search on twetch needs replaced with a public bitcoinfiles database. People would generate tons of content if they were rewarded by future users sharing gifs from the gif search...this would make up for the steep price to upload these files too.

The miners burned the resources. Even if they refund to you.... you still know that the opportunity cost and risk was actually taken by someone.
Not true with other advertising or ranking solutions.

With Boost, you have self verifiable proof strings (Boost Headers!) that mathematically show the content was ranked honestly.
Dont worry, once a better signalling mechanism comes along. Then we will just build on that and slap a "New and Improved" sticker on it baby.

Absolutely paying for 1 on 1 message is a great way to get the desired effect of having them read your message.
The same cannot be said for group chats, forums, news feeds, search results, product reviews and ranking, etc...

A txid is less valuable than the content itself. But your point is a valid one that you want to find the specific Boost Job

The energy content (difficulty) is 20.
That is exactly 20x more hash power than when Satoshi mined the Genesis Block.
Difficulty=1 is ~7 MH/second, as set by Satoshi.
To be Clear: Boost can be mined with ASICs and Stratum clients right now at boost.matterpool.io
But it's not recommended because you will make more BSV mining blocks with us at bsv.matterpool.io ;)
