Wouldn't that be a beautiful world! So much opportunity to easily earn that you don't even care to hoard, that is true wealth: being in a position to earn!!

Satoshi sustainability would become like water sustainability.
Only Satoshis which are "productively" deployed would remain in the hands of the owner, like money works in capitalism of course.
Only "sustainable supply chains" would survive, all waste dies
Water on earth has also always been fixed supply circulating,
yet no one feels the need to hoard it, because there is just so much easy accessibility to (earn) it,
abundance of opportunity.
What if that's what happens with Satoshis.
I think I had come across this thought of comparing to water by someone on twitter, probably Jack of RelayX, properly attributing to origin to him then.
I wonder if the analogy works accurately though, as all Satoshis would be owned by individuals, while water bodies are just sitting there, available for anyone to access and bring into circulation (more like blockreward subsidy)
How has no one in BSV managed to get any mises institute academics to give their praxeological analysis on the different chains @24 We have not even got fundamental allies to be on our side. There are many other groups I can list
We are getting war-gamed
INFORMATION POLLUTION is the biggest crisis of our times.
Going on-chain helps with this dramatically.
any recreational activity does that. That's the nature of recreation.
Netflix also does that.
Its all about the amount and having balance.
Demand for insurance is where all legitimacy for power derives from. That's why every move to gain power is done on the pretense of "security" (for your own good).
Licensing is the expenditure of the gained power.
Market pressures do balance a price through high pressures struggle from both sides.
To hope for this, would require conscious empowered participants in a system of handling these rights, instead of unconscious disempowered avoidants.
Masculine is the producer of insurance, and consumer of license. Feminine is the producer of license, and consumer of insurance.
The dance between the 2 is forever, and you can't avoid it. The attraction and tension is high, like 2 sides of the magnet.
These 2 types of rights are deeply interdependent (yin-yang). At the highest levels, one becomes the other. They are 2 sides of the same coin.
Imagine if I asked you to balance this coin?
because expecting the coin to balance itself is wishful thinking.
Insurance <> Negative Rights
Higher derives from lesser. Reinsurance is the upwards flow of power. It concentrates and unites.
License <> Positive Rights
Lesser derives from higher. Relicense is the downwards flow of power. It distributes and divides.
A libertarian DAO can be made to balance between order and chaos, through a system of competing insurance and licensing agencies that are intertwined in such a way that it is open to the market to regulate between freedom vs security naturally.
This current order of things is extremely fragile. It can easily be toppled over.
The most incompetent, irresponsible and corrupt people rise because the game is based on popularity contest to consume negative rights.
99% of authority is unearned and unbacked.
There is inflation in power as well. The same fractional reserve type system inflating away from nothing.
Just make up some hypothetical customer with hypothetical demand for security, and give yourself power.
that term “beneficence” is from Adam Smith’s “Theory of Moral Sentiments”, where he makes this distinction of government being strictly about “negatively defined rights/laws”, instead of getting into “positive law”

😂 So true! I have the same feelings towards it! but didn't have any other expression to convey the image in my head.
A libertarian DAO can be made to balance between order and chaos, through a system of competing insurance and licensing agencies that are intertwined in such a way that it is open to the market to regulate between freedom vs security naturally.
But that libertarian DAO, can essentially be a pact/peace-treaty, encoding property law, that security agencies would sign up for, providing mutual assurance, and encouraging fair competition, for getting assets/rights under them, rather than hostile war
The question comes down to whether such a bottoms-up DAO can be made as gov, competing effectively against top-down traditional corporate-style gov.
I doubt it, since military is always top-down chain-of command efficient execution.
Agree with the same universal law applying to all.
There is just specialization, that the referee is doing, a crucial one.
That special framework is essentially an argument for a DAO as gov, with codified rules, instead of a company with a head and board.
As long as there are rules/principles (like NAP), there would be rulers who work to enforce those rules, and they would have licenses/privileges that the ones who are ruled don't have. I think it does make sense.
Referee has privilege to force player to leave the ground (violate player's rights) when red card is issued by him due to 5 fouls or smth. Other players don't have this privilege.
Even in the present, you have rulers and the ruled:

Its like being a capitalist, but arguing that there can be no companies,
and specially no CEO, because omg, how can we have a human head leading an organization!
It has to be only bottoms-up, everything has to be DAO! Specially the most important company
That causes violence. If you wish for an environment where real natural rights/powers of organisms are curtailed, and procesed through any particular system that want, then you are arguing for government.
NAP and Ancap is inherently contradictory.
Ancap is inherently contradictory. Civilisation is a system of curtailing violence and pushing towards more civilised behavior. If it is truly ancap, and bottoms-up, then the organism has power, and has the right to use it. That means jungle.
Penalties/punishment exist, because crimes that require it, exist. Tell me how libertarian order produces punishment. Referee takes away rights.
So the power to take away the rights of others will exist.
Rights are given by power, and taken away by power.
