Get started today, Ender 3's are only 200$~ and currently that's the standard the movement is using.

@3 apparently .svg files will appear in the display, but do not appear in the post. Generally they open in explorer, visio, or whatever other vector program.

The FGC-9 uses no regulated parts. Everything is either printed or able to be purchased unregulated. The Barrel is made through an ECM process from standard steel tube pipe. So far testing has put it above 1k rounds reliably when assembled correctly.
