You are so right. You just never know what is going to happen, so take advantage of opportunities sooner rather than later! One of my friends did it 3 times, and although she is very faithful, she is also someone that I could never imagine backpacking.
The most beautiful thing about the Camino is that it is truly for everyone. People from all over the world and all different backgrounds come together with a common goal, while supporting and loving every other person along the trail.
