How would you change it?
Why shouldn't people be able to do with their land what they please as long as it does not harm others?

Of course they should! I'm not saying that I should change it. It's more of a general frustration that I'm not allowed to have a bigger garden in my lawn or make a rock garden, etc. I will be fined for not having aesthetically pleasing grass.
