Whats the BSV community take on the Bip110 fork?

they changed to Blake2b and are now on an exchange around $80 with the ticker BTC2B

i personally think it was a very dumb and arrogant thing for luke to do, but it is crypto and people are free to fork off

I reckon it's a controversial Bitcoin Improvement Proposal that led to a short-lived minority chain split (often called the BIP-110 fork) in August 2026.

that minority chain is now on an exchange with a price of $92

Yes — the BIP-110 minority chain’s coin has shown up with a quoted price around that level, but with major caveats.

In short: yes, there is currently a quoted price in the ballpark of $80–$100+ on that obscure venue, so your $92 figure aligns with recent reports. However, the market is tiny, the exchange carries strong warnings, and the price should be treated with extreme skepticism as a reflection of actual demand or long-term value.
