How much of support from public can he get?

hard to say because everything is in the fog of war
he has some contacts in the army because he was in the army, but how much support ? no idea
but I do know that most people in the army despise the current government

most of the christians I have seen support him as he is a christian himself
he is also an entrepreneur so entrepreneurs support him because his program is to drastically remove taxes
but that's a vocal support, not sure that matters much
