for pain i would recommend red strain... :) green for mental clarity, white for energy, red for pain and relief. :)

also, say good bye to alcohol and weed if you start on kratom, there is absolutely no need for anything else, it takes away all the cravings for weed and booze. It's honestly ahead of its time, I hope the world embraces it, but I am sure they will fight it

I can guarantee you will remember your dreams and you will visit higher dimensions of consciousness.. kratom powder is basically the leaves dried/ground up to a powder.. you could grow it :) would grow a great connection to the plants essence
There are extracts and super kratom, they are nice but honestly the plant by itself at natural strength is plenty enough imo, i have tried the super reds and they are nice, but like i said, the base plant is a savior as is.. I'd recommend trying a base 1st
