Major Core Coin exchanges (Coinbase, Binance, etc... ) now track where funds come and go.
If funds go anywhere near a privacy wallet they are flagged + the exchange can refuse services/ share info. with other exchanges.
Hence "clean" and "dirty" coins.

how is that relevant to BSV? how is that an advantage?

If the exchanges ever actually list BSV, it will be tracked the same way.
