Been getting charged 50 bucks a month by some scam fking insurance company I got unknowingly signed up for through a dealership when I bought a car from them... fucking insurance company has 1.5 stars on Google and its nearly impossible to get them to cancel it, and even when some people did they kept getting charged.

Not sure why this company is allowed to operate, total scam

I’ve been refunded by arguing the vehicle was uninsurable before. I do pay the year in advance though which could make the difference.

Are they saying they can’t refund you? If you paid with credit card dispute the payment and make them send you a bill

They've been charging me for the replacement insurance policy for 18 months after the car was written off and i got a new one lol

It seems like I should get a refund more I look into it. Should get $3500+ back if I finish this process. Actually kind of a boon if it works out lol, unexpected for sure. kind of a forced savings

Tell your bank they are a scam company and that you want them blocked from being able to take any money from you.
