If you want the transaction volume to go up, build a business that uses bitcoin in innovative ways requiring onchain transactions. Turn that into a product that people want more than their fiat currency, and sell the fiat for bitcoin to run your business.

If you want the transaction volume to go up DESTROY KYC SO CONSUMER APPS CAN BE USED WITHOUT PEOPLE NEEDING TO GET ON EXCHANGES

you don't need KYC for fiat payments which is what your clients pay your business in my solution.

people using consumer apps earn the bitcoins instead of buying them, so no KYC needed neither.

we bypass KYC instead of trying to fight it upfront

Also, I’m fairly certain KYC isn’t required under a certain threshold. Something like $200, IIRC.

If you support KYC you are my enemy. Side with KYC, you hate BitCoin.

You have no f*cking idea what the means.

You will soon.

Have a nice life.

You will now discover me when pissed off.

And no. You could have had proof.

Theoretically. But it's law, so no one ever knows for sure. Depends on the moods and incentives of the regulators and judges.

The risk/reward isn't there for companies like Stripe to mess around with it even if it was legal. Law stifles upstarts.

The small problem we have with Bitcoin currently is a reflection of the big problem we have with government and laws:

The need for a stable protocol
