It depends on your goals or what you want to get out of it. I like Twetch because I hate Twitter with a passion, and don’t care what kills it. I fundamentally believe what I said a while ago, that Twitter Inc. doesn’t deserve me or my thoughts, and Twetch is a place that is lead by people who want different things from those that run Twitter, that I think align more with what I want to see in the world. And it’s a place I think is cool to place things on the blockchain.

I think because Twetch is based on a blockchain that base layer makes it appealing, but as the network grows the same negative effects of social media will be there, albeit mitigated to an extent with things like troll toll.

The incentives of more interactions and activity needed for the company still can lead to the same problem of dopamine dependency - but at least if you can potentially do something with the income from those notifications outside of Twetch that can better your life and that of your family more than the negative effects and time spent on social media, then it’s a plus.
