this is the only other one I know of off the top of my head
Zombie frog has stitched lip trait, but shows as "no mouth item". Actual rarity rank would be much higher if this were correct.
I vaguely recall something about an OG ape that was floating around, but don't recall enough to remember whether it's a mistake or not
