Using memes usually no problem under fair use. Selling or facilitating the sale of other's work can be an issue.

I love memes. Maybe It’s just selling them as if they are your own is disingenuous. Legality of it doesn’t mean anything to me personally. That being said we need more memes. I usually can’t find what I’m looking for even though I don’t know until I see it.
