For me, good prayer needs the following aspects:

1. Establish the recipient leaving no room for confusion.

2. Express the two adequate sentiments towards the Source of this outrageous miracle we've been set free in.

3. Make sure you don't ask for anything unless it is His will.

4. Ask for forgiveness.

The most concentrated form would be something like this:

1. Most High
2. I love You, thank you.
3. Your will be done not mine.
4. Forgive me.
