Everyone is definitely jumping the gun, the judge hasn't given a verdict at all and was reviewing the points that he will be judging on.
But even people on CSW's side new going in that he could'nt make a good case unless he signed/moved and he refused to do it.
Now that's his only choice and one that could have solved this years ago instead of going through all of this.
It's possible to have made Bitcoin without having kept receipt of it in a way that would satifisy a court 15+ years later, especially if it comes down to digital meta data forensics which is highly subjective and especially when it was highly criminal to start a new money system that was used for darknet activity - you might want to delete your history if that was you.
There's no logic to say that 'the real Satoshi' has an unblemished archive proving their work either. COPA just want to nuke CSW out of the picture but they have also made it virtually impossible for anyone to come forward as Satoshi now, which is the best result they could get.
