The way I consistently approach this is to find merchants willing to hold and/or use Bitcoin, then consistently serve them more and more deeply.

Most merchant adoption is “method of payment.” They just accept and swap immediately for the currency they want (medium of exchange).
It’s as trivial as adding PayPal, which is why you see payment processors accepting 1900 cryptos. Little value!
