I have sleep paralysis not often but maybe 5 times a year. It’s very scary I can’t move (only my eyes) I can’t speak (unintelligible noises) and sometimes I see what I call shadowy figures. Don’t know what it is or how it’s caused lasts for about 30 secs

I wonder who coined the term sleep paralysis? It's funny that this phenomena is traceable back over 4000 years and always has a "humanoid" figure involved? Aliens? Are what people call demons real?

Hmm I definitely believe there is a spectral/spiritual connection. It definitely feels dark feelings of dread, but then again that may be because they are in your room and your helpless lol.
