Who can produce their own food? Wouldn't this be against the Law?
Is following some recipes that appeal to natural forces that are capable of producing certain results the same as producing food?

I got a garden to grow some food. make my own bread and butter. going to try make my own yogurt next week
Yogurt is proper simple, warm the milk add a spoonful of live yogurt, then cover and leave it overnight, put in fridge in the morning
ideally use small pots if you can, and use towels to cover it to keep it warm
I have an instant pot that has a yogurt function so cool how simple stuff like this is yeast is awesome got these going too
its crazy how simple things are to make once you know
and anything with live bacteria is so much better for you
than any processed crap from the store
