It was a test
What happened was, I was sitting in the library on my tablet (no-one else around)
I heard someone walking behind me and they stopped loudly, right next to me
I looked up and he was looking down at me, middle eastern guy... smiling at me, jovial like I say... We looked at each other for a few seconds, then he walked out of the library
I went to leave the library when it was closing - there are 3 exits, i took one and went down the stairs and the guy was at the bottom of the stairs looking up at me as I was coming down.
Still smiling at me, still just staring. Then he asked me for a lighter, I gave him one, he lit a cigarette and gave it back. We looked at each other and kind of nodded and I just left.
