I think it's time we BAN all of the music by Led Zeppelin. Delete their catalog, scorn them publicly, shame them, mock them and destroy their name and legacy for ever. There can by No Quarter (pun intended!).
Why? They were frauds!
They stole music. Forget everything else, forget they are one of the greatest rock bands of all time, forget their amazing concerts, forget all the kids that learnt to play guitar and drums because of their inspiration, forget their legacy on music. It's now all invalid and worthless!
ENOUGH! Led Zeppelin STOLE some music and as we've learnt in the Bitcoin debates, just ONE instance of non-purity means ALL other work is invalid and should be forgotten by history and purged from public minds!
You can't accept the entire legacy of Led Zeppelin if there's even one instance they cheated. This is the new standard of society. Your entire work is meaningless if you dared stray of the path of purity. Only Satoshi is pure as we all know, only Satoshi is the perfect human. Not CSW, not Jimmy Page, even Jesus destroyed a tree that gave him some bad fruit so count him out too, his works are now invalid also!
Just look at this, it's CSW levels of fraud! Why do people even listen to Led Zeppelin anymore, clearly all their work is tainted now because of these aggressions! Their music is no longer worthy of anyone's ears!
Babe I’m Gonna Leave You - written by Anne Bredon. Zeppelin was sued in the 90’s and paid large back-payments of royalties.
Dazed & Confused - written by Jake Holmes, Zeppelin took the title, changed the melody & lyrics enough to avoid a lawsuit.
Black Mountain Side - ‘Inspired by’ Bernt Jansch’s ‘Down By Blackwaterside’, credited to Page.
How Many More Times - Originally just credited to Zeppelin but since amended to include Howlin’ Wolf’s name.
Whole Lotta Love - Based off Muddy Waters ‘You Need Love’ by Willie Dixon. Zeppelin was sued in 1985 and courts ruled in favor of Dixon based mostly off the lyrics.
The Lemon Song - Zeppelin lost a lawsuit in the 70’s, the music almost a copy of Howlin’ Wolf’s ‘Killin’ Floor’.
Bring It On Home - Another Willie Dixon song, Zeppelin got sued again for no credit
Since I’ve Been Lovin’ You - VERY similar to Moby Grapes ‘Never’ which was released in 1968. No lawsuit has ever been filed.
Stairway To Heaven - Zeppelin won this lawsuit filed by the band Spirit who claimed the into was taken from their song Taurus. Argument was that the intro riff is similar to a classical melody both seemingly borrowed and slightly altered.
