Every year I tell myself I’ll have my shopping done. Order online early. Then Christmas sneaks up and I have 0 shopping done
The trick is start in July. They always have "christmas in july" sales, and that's when you start checking clearance sections. I spent about $50 for my 3 year olds entire Christmas.
