Send your pre-spilt bch to coinbase or coinex and they will simply split them evenly for you (1 bch = 1 bsv). Yes coinbase does it and yes I have confirmed they still do it myself (though they only release the bsv after 1k confirmations; those nutjobs).

Thank you all - I'll be sending out payment shortly. I'm pretty sure I lost some BCH in the process of doing this by sending unsplit coins to an exchange, but it's my own fault not the advice of anyone here.
