Zerohedge just had an article about how SOL can't scale because it doesn't use a fee market which means everyone can use it at the same price point making it 'socialism'. The article leads with "Most people still don’t understand that the fundamental question of scaling isn’t technical, it’s philosophical." - This space still has no clue how important and technically challenging scaling actually is.
They all think they can just click a few buttons, change a couple varibles and their chains will be ready for billions of users.
