Yes, it is probably the latter part that should be considered a problem.It is difficult to resonate with people's hearts with AI products without ideas.

hand drawn or hand crafted will always hold more value
not saying ai art has no value, there are some very good pieces of art and music tracks, but hand drawn holds more value because of the time put in and the personal attachment factor

ai art should also provide the prompt with the art to the buyer,
as essentially it is the prompt you are buying,
as that was the only input from the "creator"
but then the buyer would realise the prompt is all they actually needed.
