I couldn't load just threw my phone wallet I had to use my computer and phone together. I recall a web wallet in the phone app but cannot find it now
Same here. I was under the impression that the wallet and web wallet have merged into one. If not, something is wrong.
You need to login with pass/mnemonic on the web to get merged wallet, otherwise use receive page on the web
