I don't know the user to user flow sequence bc I've never used the twetchdat feature but he probably speaks Japanese so may have thought about it. Allowing payments to happen on Twetch for something that happened off it could radically increase payments so could be a killer feature sb send me twetches.
But yeah it's all about user adoption so 'across' web is killer feature. Also as that happens, data can be encapsulated also... (via neurons on ANNE_BSV) so could savagely help us all bc users could own their data across services (that will happen)
