In ANNE mining does not secure the chain,
it is merely for coin distribution
mining uses PoST (Proof of space time, a twist on POC)
There are no reorgs in ANNE
1 conf and done.
ANNE does this by having a 30 second grace period each block
where no new submissions happen.
mining has also been switched up for the ghost-net upgrade
since inception, ANNE has had 2 mining tiers, solo and share
8 rewards were paid out each block
solo mining took 51%
share takes 7 x 7% aimed at smaller miners
this still occurs
but now share miners can also forge numes
when the last 3-6 numbers of the account NID
is matched in the mining blockID
a nume is mined
Numes can be trades
collect 4 matching numes
and combine them to make a numestone
when creating a numestone the creator takes 50% of the numestone fund, which would currently be around 1 billion coins (progressive fund)
