Would love to get my hands on a nice Aprilia RS250, Honda NSR250 or a Suzuki RGV250. They’ve increased in value over the past few years anyway. Same as some rarer cars.

Even the 250’s are hard to come by now and you ain’t getting a good one for cheap. But yeah £7K is a bit more feasible than north of a 100k 🤣
I'm retired from riding but would be willing to put my helmet on for a good condition RVF400. Hard to find in the US but I see them pop up with grey market sellers from time to time.
The beautiful NC35. Stunning bike. There's a few around where I live. Mainly collectors, but you see a few about the roads in the summer during road racing season. £6-7k minimum for a good one. More NC30's about & you can get them for about £3.5-4k.
