Yeah absolutely. How long can I go on though. Debt Is somewhere near 4 trillion I think and the social expenditure is totally unsustainable and growing everyday with more imports. It's got to crack soon, then all hell will break loose.

They could but they are still going need currency to give out for benefits which will require printing which will cause more inflation and a some point it will run up into hyper inflation. Unless you mean by terror attack they blow up huge parts of the cities which would be wild.
well the US did it....no reason why the UK government wouldn't do it, if anything our govenrment is just as corrupt as yours, at this point I wouldn't put it past them.
I'm also in the UK and I agree the gov is pure trash. I actually want to disband Great Britain and have an English government run by English people for English people.
