sure, that would have to be grounded in your own research then.

I personally would never take "vitamin" D3 not because of the rat poison argument (though Steve Falconer aka Spacebusters did a good video on it if you can hunt it down, was very informative) but rather from my research on it. It is not a Vitamin, that was shorthand that just took hold and ended up misinforming the public. It is more like a hormone. In my view by taking Vitamin D you are artificially addressing an underlying imbalance. Covering it up, so-to-speak. I don't take any hormones (or supplements for that matter.) But I don't make health recommendations for other people, only myself.
