You have zero right to harm others. That makes viral events the perfect overreach tool. It's a legit harm, but there's no way to prove a negative, so you can overstep "just to be cautious" based on the potential infection. Tough spot.

I’ve been quarantined since immediately after CoinGeek. I think it’s the right thing to do.

But, I think people that go out have a right to risk their own lives. The part I’m really unsure about is how much risk they can morally take for others.

You don’t have to go out if you don’t want to, but that doesn’t mean other people shouldn’t be able to go out. Or if you do go out then it’s your responsibility to protect yourself with a mask and gloves if you so choose.
