Ethereum 的智能合约有可能因为手续费不足或者是执行出错而失败。然而已经用掉的手续费不会退还，因为交易内容已经上链了。这种机制和Bitcoin的二层合约类似。像 sCrypt 这样的一层合约就不会有这个问题。
