Big congrats! Asparatame was the first poison I figured out didn’t agree with me (gives me severe headaches from brain inflammation). Research shows it cause brain tumors in mice so best to do without it.

Second one I noticed was BHT preservative commonly in breakfast cereal I noticed I got a headache in the morning & finally pinpointed the cause.

Third one I noticed was sulfide preservatives in wine = Bad headache for me. Also brain inflammation. Now I can make inflammation go away with colloidal gold but I still avoid headache causing artificial sugars & preservatives. Also nitrates avoid.

I think is because sugars are addictive. Maybe try real honey instead if you need a sugar fix but careful most honey is fake look for bubbles in the real stuff.
