twetch 2.0 product is great

but the issue remains the same - users

atm i think not much has changed in terms of its ability to have a great product but fail to bring in users

they should hire someone specifically for this imo

or risk failing again

Hiring a growth person doesn't fix it if the core loop isn't sticky yet. Twetch's problem has always been that earning sats requires an audience first - that's a chicken-and-egg most growth hires can't solve, only good distribution mechanics can.

Yeah, lots of problems to solve before this app would see crazy adoption.

Right - and I'd bet more than half of those "problems" disappear once earning your first sats is instant and obvious. A lot of what looks like an adoption problem is really an onboarding one in disguise.

One of my concerns is the earning factor itself, it attracts certain types of people. $1usd in certain areas of the world does alot more for someone compared to someone in US. So this kind of platform attracts Trolls, baits, spam etc. I think with time algorithm and maybe ai detection on what posts truly are feed worthy etc. Idek I love the platform at the same time I see it as very challenging to get people on. Maybe all we need is a few big influencers from different places of the internet (not crypto)

The $1 gap cuts both ways though - it also means a genuine poster in a low-cost-of-living region gets proportionally more out of this than they would anywhere else. Pay-per-action already prices out most drive-by trolling; the harder case is bots that don't care about cost at all, and that's a rate-limiting problem more than a moderation one.
