Bitcoin never goes down

Twetch was down for a bit yesterday. Partly stalled my Presidential campaign. 😏

Does twetch have servers? I always thought it (twetch) would be more like software you download that interacts with BSV and therefore could not go down.. but i am out of my area so I what do i know.

I think one way or another this will change eventually. hard to imagine the metanet using a bunch of servers rather than the blockchain itself. I would think twetch and other apps would be more like how wallets are, if i understand correctly.
