Thanks for all your research.
This is part of the proof, that Dave and Craig didn't mine coins together in a partnership. It is quite clear from that context, that Dave owned the bitcoins he mined separately from those that Craig mined.

The law case in Florida is a farce.
After Ira claimed half of the coins of the tulip trust Craig was asked to clarify the amount of coins held in the fund as part of the discovery.
Craig had to comply and he did.
That doesn't mean there was a partnership.
