Thinking about a lightpool, the opposite of a darkpool.

In a darkpool the price stays the same because the trade happens in absolute secret and no one other than the two parties involved and the brokerage know about it.

In a lightpool the price stays the same because the two parties trust each other enough to not need a brokerage or escrow and publicly tell everyone why they are doing the trade, so there is no panic.
