We really spent our last reserves hoping that holding onto the BTC ghost would somehow conjure the future we were too tired to actually build.

True but they chose to stay if someone cashed out good for them if they freeze who gives a rats ass. Also csw has to reserve BTC for bsv ecosystem building like BTC is locked for funding bsv development. Some solid announcement like that would help.
