Will #TAAL require partnerships with other miners/pools to have the necessary hash in order to guarantee block generation regularly enough to meet fiat based contract obligations?
I assume TAAL needs #BSV to pay these miners/pools txs fees. Or do they?

TAAL already manage 3000 PH/s and own 300 PH/s..but with TAAL Orchestrator other miners/pools will probably want TAAL's support.

Lots of miners will want to work with TAAL, no doubt about that. What I mean is how will they guarantee end of day/4 hour settlement etc in fiat based contracts if they don't have the necessary hash to produce enough blocks at the right times.

What's to stop other sha256 miners with lots of hash just mining blocks with few transactions in them. This is completely within the rules, they could even mine empty blocks. They can come & go freely. This is my concern. W

Would TAAL & partners just refuse to build on these blocks. Do you see what I mean. These games could be played by people to disrupt TAALs business model.
