troll toll allows you to set the cost for a single user to interact with you on every interaction
so if you /trolltoll set [tag name] [ enter price ] the price you set is the price it costs that user to like, follow, branch, reply, and tag you
if your aim is to simply block someone from being able to interact with you in any way, you can just set the price to some amount that is not feasible to pay for interaction
