Narcissist love this energy because they are able to dupe you to believe they are like you. So i found myself magnetized toward them for a period in my life. I learned A LOT about myself and Narcissism. COming from not know what it was. SOme ppl are a blessing some are lesson. Narc make great teachers believe it or not.

Narcs are transactional creatures and constantly move goal post. Coupled with their known cycle (Love Bomb, Devalue, Discard, Hoover & Repeat, sometimes you dont see them coming nor know youre in an abusive relationship.

This meme does a good job describing the vibe. Remember No Contact is to protect your peace not punish them You arent like them so when they say you abandoned them its manipulation.
