Yeah, some people & medical doctors claim that 20 grams in a day will balance out the negative effects of short term sleep deprivation.
Maybe, but for me, creatine always makes me super dehydrated & feeling weird. It does increase muscle volume for sure though, upon saturation. 🤷🏼‍♂️

i use creatine monohydrate each morning, and when i feel i need a cognitive boost during the day (when im at home anyways, usually @ site i dont bring extra weight) i havent really noticed the dehydration effects myself, perhaps its there and i just dont pick up on it; i also take NAC twice a day (amongst a whole slew of supplements) ; NAC was a game changer for me, they both were. side note : before i started building hopes and dreams out, i had a very small stack that i took, but every day i learn something new thru my curation and articles and my stack has ballooned ; i've noticed a complete change in the way i approach shit, my daily energy levels and cognitive functions, although its hard to pin down because i keep adding shit that i learn lol adhd brain doesn't help but i do find that everything i take helps me immensely ; although i still have that reaction to new things like im being squirrel'd lol i guess somethings never change

NAC is good stuff. Even helps folk's liver & kidneys when they've taken too much acetaminophen. Glad the creatine works well for you. Good stuff man.
