...and utilize that offer button
Post by Brooz ☕️
one major issue there that I briefly discussed with @127
I think the offer mechanic need a tweak. There are offers iv wanted to make for twonks, but either the wallet is dormant or the user is never online.
I think a nice change would be when you list a twonk you have the option to set a minimum buy offer, that accepts for instance when you receive one and are offline.
Some people just browse and click buy, some may be a little short on the bsv asked or want to do a bulk deal.

@zoide has been putting alot of work in the site and optimizing the offer function. I have been using it and its a good experience. I do like the idea of making counter offers and playing a little game of find the middle
zoides site is good, I prefer 3dordi myself, but theyre both very good and well designed
both have their favoured audiences and loyal users....
...however, now that Twetch and BAMS are back i have to say i dont really have much interest in 95% of collections outside of twetch, other than what a handful of artists create
Oh sir, thanks for the interest!
This auction was an experiment using 3D Ordi’s message feature for bids rather than the platform’s built-in functions, so it was probably a bit confusing. Zoide’s launch system is definitely more user-friendly in that regard.

imo it needs to be addressed from the buyer side rather than seller. Buyers should be able to set auto buy prices on collection floors or sub traits within the collection.
Sellers more likely to move off items if there is instant liquidity.
As a seller I don’t want to try to undercut frog cartel mp5 trait and let it sit until someone sees it. I’d rather not list it and just keep it.
This feature is popular on sites like Courtyard etc. They call it instant buy back but Twetch can outsource it to users instead of buying it back themselves.
This is a lot smoother of an experience than having to put offers in on each individual twonk.
so how to effectively address dormant twonks that sit or offers that can never be accepted?
could be undisclosed auto accept to avoid undercutting floor
as in, appears unlisted until you make an offer
I think that’s impossible to address. And I don’t think it would change much. Most of the time the price they set on sell is the lowest they would takr
Yes in the ideal scenario there are dual sided orderbooks so price discovery can happen
