This is what you need to mow 3 acres of land. A 60in 0 turn. This thing is a fuckin beast.

If you have hilly land and need to clear regrowth a razorback gets it done.

It's all super flat land, but there are some spots I want to clear. Not trees, but spots that I want to use as plots to grow food. I need a way to get rid of the grass and weeds then build up the bed with some soil and go from there.

Bushcutter and weed mat? I made a couple sunken hugelkultur garden beds earlier this year. Dug out the beds about 30cm and filled to ground level with branches and litter, then soil above that. Helps retain water and improve the soil over time. Worth looking into.

This is actually the kind of plan I had in mind for the spots I'm making. I'll definitely do more research on how to do it properly though. Thanks!
