Wouldn't signing expose him to potential prosecution from every country in the world? Seems massively dangerous for him vs what benefit?

Who knows why he hasn't, only he knows. He does bring up all the tax and bank statements as proofs. I say that's enough to go after him but have not. Not sure if they can get him for anything though.
