Forest Pikachu #1 just because I like the art. Bubble Mew I think is a solid choice always. For 3rd it's a toss up between the Zard and Magicarp.

Agree on 1 and 2 although I personally have them in opposite order despite Pikachu being Pikachu.
Definitely a toss up, personally I prioritized getting my hands on Magikarp, if it was an SIR I would definitely say Magikarp it’s just that small rarity factor that makes me want to say the 151 Zard and still didn’t, although it’s debatable, unless your referring to Mega phantasms Zard than I’m actually prioritizing the Gangar over that but neither above the mentioned
